Description

SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS (Not a Notice of Solicitation) NAICS Code: 713990. This synopsis is issued to conduct market research for informational and planning purposes only. This market survey is conducted to identify potential sources to furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, and materials to provide certified sports officials for Nellis AFB Fitness Center and Youth Center sports. Sports include intramural, varsity, recreational, and youth basketball, soccer, softball, baseball, t-ball, flag football, and volleyball. Please submit a Statement of Capabilities package. Your package should clearly state capabilities, expertise, and past performance which is relevant to the general requirement as stated above. Your Statement of Capabilities package should include the following: Company Name; Address; Point of Contact; Telephone number; E-Mail Address; CAGE Code; and Web Page URL. Please submit your responses no later than 30 Jun 05 to 99th Contracting Squadron, LGCB3, 5865 Swaab Blvd Bldg 588, Nellis AFB, NV 89191 Attn: SRA Justin D Johnson or by e-mail at justin.johnson@nellis.af.mil. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this synopsis nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. This synopsis does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does this issuance restrict the Government's acquisition approach.
