PRON: AX5BZ268AX, NSN: 5945-01-468-8266, PN: 7-511B25062 (-7), QUANTITY: 4 each applicable to the AH-64 Longbow, with delivery to Mesa, AZ 85205-9797. Required delivery is 4 each, 120 Days After Contract Award (DACA ). This item is restricted to McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co., Cage Code 8V613 because the data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is n ot available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encourage d to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Comprehensive Automative Process for Source Approval (CAPSAR) and Policy relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) f or Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation w ill not close prior to the closing date stated above.
