Description: THE WALLA WALLA DISTRICT INTENDS TO AWARD THIS AS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT TO THE NEZ PERCE BIOCONTROL CENTER. Review and assessment of current noxious weed inventory, locating new populations of noxious weeds, inventorying new populations of noxious weeds, recommending release sites for bio-control agents, releasing bio-control agents, monitoring and evaluation of treated weed populations and annual report writing. All work shall be conducted for or wihtin Army Corps of Engineers managed lands on Dworshak Project.
