Description: The IRS requires the services of a law school or other learning institution to develop, administer and conduct graduate-level tax-law courses, including courses offered for credit LL.M at an approved ABA law school. These courses will be offered in a combination of classroom and distance learning venues. Classroom courses will be conducted in Government provided facilities in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The period of performance shall be from October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006 with four 12 month option periods. The solicitation should be available to interested parties on or about June 24, 2005. A request for a copy of the solicitation and questions must be submitted in writing via mail, electronic mail, or facsimile.
