This is an unrestricted acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333319, corresponding small business size standard is 500 employees. To be considered for award, the RFQ will require Offerors to submit a Price Proposal by Line Item, INCLUSIVE of delivery, installation and trash removal. Items may be quoted on a ?BRAND NAME OR EQUAL? basis and FAR 52.211-6 applies. Offers shall include descriptive literature for all items quoted as ?equal? to those specified by the Government, clearly demonstrating that the product conforms to the salient characteristics of the products listed in the Equipment Performance Specifications. To be eligible for award, all firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (online at www.ccr.gov). In addition, valid offers must provide a written guarantee that repairs or replacements that may be necessary as a result of defects in workmanship or materials will be covered for a period of one year from the date of the complete installation. If the manufacturer provides for additional coverage under their warranty, this information shall be noted in the written guarantee. Only offers that include pricing for all items within a LOT will be considered for award. However, firms are not required to quote on all LOTS to be considered for an award. Firms are cautioned that the Government, while reserving the right to do so, may proceed to award without entering discussions or requesting further information from any firm. Award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer for each lot - which may result in orders with multiple firms. Additionally, CSOSA may negotiate adjustments to quantities or product selections after placing order(s) should technical requirements be revised to meet agency needs. Questions about this requirement must be in writing and submitted by e-mail or fax. Telephone inquiries are strongly discouraged. All inquiries shall include the quotation number, your full name, organization name, address, phone and fax numbers.
