U.S. Department of Labor, ETA, Division of Contract Services, 200 Constitution Avenue, NW , Room N-5425, Washington, D.C. 20210 Y?CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES AT VARIOUS JOB CORPS CENTERS LOCATED NATIONWIDE SOLICITATION DOL051RI20050. DUE on 07/20/05. NO phone calls. This office is responsible for design and construction contracts involving new and renovation of existing buildings, at Job Corps Centers throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Individual projects can involve various types of structures including but not limited to dormitories, vocational/educational buildings, cafeteria, administrative buildings, recreational buildings, warehouse and maintenance facilities, wellness centers and associated site work. SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS Firms interested in being considered for possible Construction and/or Design-Build contracts for upcoming projects nationwide should submit a comprehensive company brochure, including: a summary sheet with (1) Company Name; (2) Company mailing Address; (3) Company Physical Address; (4) Contract Person with phone and FAX numbers; (5) Website Address (if applicable); (6) DUNS No.; (7) EIN/TIN No.; (8) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Enrollment Date; (9) Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Certification Date; (10) Ownership status (all applicable); (a) Women-Owned Business; (b) Minority Business Enterprise; (11) Primary and all applicable NAICS Codes. The capabilities brochure should also include examples of work done in the above-referenced structure types, current references and copies of SF-1420 (Performance Evaluation ? Construction Contracts) for work on Government Contracts (if available) . The primary NAICS code is 236220 and the small business size is $28.5 million.
