Description

Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is pleased to announce an exciting development opportunity. VA is currently soliciting competitive private development offers to lease the entire parcel of land on VA-owned property located on the Louis Stokes Cleveland VAMC Brecksville campus. The Louis Stokes Cleveland Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC Cleveland) Enhanced-Use Lease project involves the ground lease of the 100 acres VAMC Cleveland's Brecksville campus in exchange for consideration in the form of desired VAMC needs within operational proximity to VAMC Cleveland's Wade Park campus. A RFP Pre-submission Conference will be provided for potential offerors on Wednesday, June 22, 2005. The Pre-submission Conference will be held to provide the development community with more information on the solicitation released June 6, 2005 (#101-04-1F1-05). Please go to www.bbpa.com/vamccleveland to register and for more information, including an agenda and directions. Participation in the Pre-submission Conference requires an RSVP by Tuesday, June 21st, at 12 pm ET. Attendees will be limited to a team of three participants. The Pre-submission Conference will be held at the Brecksville campus beginning at 10 am. To obtain the Request for Proposals (RFP) and for additional solicitation information, please go to the project Web site <www.bbpa.com/vamccleveland>. Offeror applications are due at 5:00 pm Eastern Time on August 9, 2005 and must remain valid for 180 days after the closing date. There will be no public bid opening.
