Description

The James A Haley VAMC, Tampa Florida, on behalf of the US Navy MTF, Jacksonville Florida announces a procurement for Appointment Services, Third Party Billing and Clinical Support Services. The Solicitation will be available on or about June 24, 2005. This procurement is restricted to the State of Florida to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside (SDVOSB)(Note 29). Small Business Standard, NAICS 561320, $11.5 mil. SDVOSB firms with an office in the State of Florida, established for the purpose of providing staffing services may submit a proposal in response to this solicitation. Anticipated cost range is from $5 to 10 Million. The contractor will be required to provide Non-Personal Services in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the solicitation to and at the Department of the US Navy (USN). The intent of this solicitation is to award one firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Requirements Contract. The Contractor will be required to provide the services identified in the Schedule and the PWS at the MTF. However, at the discretion Government, multiple awards may be made, if determined advantageous. The performance period shall be from October 1, 2005 to September 30, 2006 with (4) four (1) one-year option periods.
