Description

The scope of this project includes work associated with the steam, condensate and water utilities, and their wooden enclosure, located in the above ground passageway extending approximately 2,260 LF from Manhole #1 at the Power Plant to Manhole #5 at the Fire Station. Similar abatement and insulation work is included for four intervening manholes along this route. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This acquisition is being solicited under full and open competition conditions. THIS SOLICITATION IS PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE VIA CD-ROM. AMENDMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED ON THE INTERNET ONLY. Award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract and the total performance period is 120 calendar days. **NOTE: All contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: http://www.ccr.gov to register and/or obtain information about the CCR program.** The solicitation will be available on or about 11 July 2005.
