Description

The contractor shall provide sufficient qualified personnel to provide 12 months of youth ministry services as a part of the Command Master Religious Program (CMRP) to all Garrisons, or religious support community in locations where there is no Garri son, in the European theater (see list of required youth ministry services locations). The contractor shall provide adequate oversight to ensure compliance with contract requirements. This is an ecumenical youth ministry program and the primary goal of the program is to foster and strengthen faith commitments through fellowship activities, youth meetings and events, retreats, camps, and mentoring programs involving youth within the Garrison. The contractor shall make certain that nothing is said or done tha t is derogatory to another faith or religion. The Garrison chaplain is responsible for oversight of the youth ministry program. The Garrison chaplain reserves the right to approve / disapprove the schedule and activities for youth ministries in his / her G arrison. The contractor shall identify all contract programs and services as being Garrison chapel programs and services. The programs will be sponsored by the chapel community but will attempt to involve all students throughout the Garrison. The contracto r shall accept youth participants and attendees from all Garrisons for contracted programs regardless of denominational faith, or involvement of the youth in the overall program. The specific and professional youth ministry services required by this contra ct shall be designed to support the basic religious programs conducted by the Chaplain.
