Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, equipment, and supervision necessary to construct a canopy in accordance with contract statement of work at checkpoint number three (3), South of the intersection of Texas Ave and Pointville Road, Fort Dix, New Jersey. The period of performance is one hundred twenty (180) days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $50 0,000. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 238120, 1791, $12,00,000.00. Pursuant to FAR 19.1305, this acquisition is set aside for competition restricted to HUBZone small business concerns. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. Interested HUBZone firms shall request a solicitation package in writing.
