- The Commander Navy Region Southeast requires mental health counseling services in support of its Civilian Employee Assistance Program (CEAP). The contract period of performance will be 01 Oct 2005 through 30 Sep 2006 with four one-year option periods possibly extending performance through 30 Sep 2010. The solicitation will be made available to the public via posting on FedBizOpps. Only written or electronic responses to the solicitation will be accepted. The deadline for receipt of responses will be identified on the actual solicitation. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the agency. Numbered note 1 applies, the size standard for which is $6.0 million average annual receipts. The anticipated award date is 30 Sep 2005. This procurement is being conducted under FAR 13.5 Commercial Item Test Program.
