- The Solicitation will be issued during June 2005. The Statement of Objectives (SOO) contains Sensitive Security Information (SSI). Interested parties must execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement(NDA)in order to receive the SOO. Submit a written request to receive the SOO along with a signed NDA and the following information:requestor's name and citizenship, origin of company's ownership, CAGE code, security clearance status of requestor and company. NDAs may be sent to facsimile 571.227.2913. A company-wide NDA will not be accepted. The NDA has been uploaded to eps.gov.
