- This is a resnyopsis of solicitation for 3940-00-892-4374, Cargo Net Sling, 14'x14'. Total quantity 3,015 each with quantity options of 50% and 100%. Government First Article Testing (FAT), 100% Proof Load Testing by vendor and Production Lot Testing apply. FAT may be waived prior to award. Delivery 395 days ADC with FAT or 335 days ADC without FAT. FOB Destination. Delivery to CONUS Destinations 1. Norfolk VA, 2. Tracy CA and 3. Sandiego CA. Multiple contract evaluation applies. SQAP-18313 technical data are available during the open solicitation period on the PROGATE web site http://progate.daps.mil. Vendors are encouraged to read the item description data and the current MIL-S-18313G, and SQAP-18313 dated November 22, 2004. Note 26 applies.
