- AMENDMENT: ANTICIPATED ISSUE DATE IS RE-ESTABLISHED TO 21 JUNE 2005 WITH A RESPONSE DATE OF 21 JULY 2005 PR No. RD050870230000: This solicitation will contain 1 NSN, 1560-00-956-0395 for a Body and Bearing Assembly. This item is sole source to Parker Hannifin Corp (Cage 86329) P/N 32-54004-0006-1. Terms: FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Requested delivery is 118 days ARO. This item is not identified as a Navy Critical Safety Item. Critical Application Item applies. QAP-003. This solicitation is issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year and provisions for four, one-year options. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand quantities of 77 for the base year and 164 for each option year. The final award decision may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Any manufacturer not listed as an approved source must provide a source approval package. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this nsn.
