- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), International Services (IS) program, located in Panam? City, Panam? has a requirement for aerial services to support the Screwworm program in Latin America for a period of up to five years beginning on or about October 1, 2005. Services will be performed in Panam?, Colombia with possible services in parts of Central America. Aerial transport of pupae services will occur from Tuxtla Gutierrez, M?xico to Panam? City, Panam?, or possibly other Central American designated bases of operations on an as needed basis. The Government intends to award a competitive commercial contract or contracts resulting from the pending solicitation using trade-off evaluation procedures. The applicable NAICS code is 115210 with a size standard of $6 million. This requirement will utilize full and open competition, no small business set-asides apply.
