- Work consists of submitting a diversion and erosion control plan; setting up and maintaining a detour; removing two 48? culverts; placing a precast concrete bottomless box culvert complete with concrete footings, concrete headwalls, concrete wing walls and object markers; armoring and habilitating the stream with 30 yd of riprap and 20yd of geotextile; seeding disturbed areas; and placing 40 yd aggregate road surface. Kanab Creek Crossing is located on the Powell Ranger District of the Dixie National Forest in the North West corner of section 1 Township 38 south, Range 4 ? West, Salt Lake Meridian, Kane County Utah. The Crossing can be accessed from F.S. 30087 (East Fork Road), 13 miles south of Highway 12. There will be a site visit July 18, 2005, will meet at 1:00 at the Powell R.D. located at 235 East Center Street in Panquitch, UT. , and proceed to the Project site. This Project will be uploaded into FedBizopps approximately July 5, 2005.*****
