- It is the purpose of this solicitation to secure services for replacing the existing boat ramp with an 18 foot wide concrete ramp, enlarging and graveling the existing access road, constructing a gravel surfaced parking lot for 15 vehicles with boat trailers, installation of a portable toilet dump station with a non-potable water tower, constructing 108 feet of gravel trail with a 20 foot long pedestrian bridge, and approximately .20 mile of access road with a new 16 foot wide cattleguard. The project also includes installing a water system consisting of a new well and solar powered pump, 10.5? x 8? concrete pumphouse, 1200 gallon stainless steel water storage tank, 1,050 feet of distribution lines with drains and valves, 324 feet of post and rail fence, and a new hydrant. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The estimated start date for this project is September 1, 2005.
