- THIS PROJECT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR REVIEWING AND PRINTING IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. The project consists of but not limited to the reconstruction of 600 feet of Forest Service Road # 50579 by removing the existing roadway surface to a depth of 8 inches, then rebuilding the road and aggregate surfacing to previous alignment and grade; shaping tailings and covering the tailings with geo-textile and topsoil; project submittals; seeding, mulch; and woody debris. This action is a CERCLA action and must meet all requirements of the 40 CFR 300 National Contingency Plan (NCP and 29 CFR 1910.120. The project is located by traveling east 37 miles from Cascade, Idaho to Landmark Summit via Warm Lake Road #50579, then another 16 miles on Road #50579 north to the site. The mine is located in southwest quarter of Section 11, Township 13 North, Range 7 East, Boise Meridian. NAICS code: 237310. Size Standard: $28.5 Million. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Estimated start date is 8/14/05 with 90 calendar days for completion. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
