Description

The purpose of this project is to renovate and expand the sewer system at Anna Ruby Falls Visitors? Center. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools and materials required to install 2? diameter HDPE pipe in a 3-mile trench. A single 2? pipeline will extend the entire 3 miles. Part of the trench will also include an additional 2? HDPE pipeline. The existing septic tanks will be modified to include a new, submersible, duplex pump to pressurize the sewer effluent. LOCATION: From Helen, GA take Rte 75 North to Rte 356. At Robertstown, take Rte 356 East to Unicoi Lake (State Park). Pass Unicoi State Park entry booth and proceed to Anna Ruby Falls Visitor Information Center. The solicitation, AG-435H-S-05-0006 will be issued via FedBizOpps, as a request for proposal and will be available for downloading on or about July 01, 2005 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/
