- FED BIZ OPPS Personnel and Information Security Services Small Business Acquisition Notification GENERAL INFORMATION The U. S. Department of Energy (DOE), Oak Ridge Office (ORO) intends to issue a competitive small business solicitation for Personnel and Information Security services supporting the ORO and National Nuclear Security Administration???s (NNSA) y-12 Site Office. The intent is to award a contract with a five (5) year period of performance comprised of a basic period and options. Examples of Personnel and Information Security Services: Classified Protection and Control (CMPC), Incidents of Security Concern, Operations Security (OPSEC), Unclassified and Classified Cyber Security, Badging, Security Awareness, Human Reliability Program and Access Authorizations (Personnel Clearance Processing).
