- The Department of Justice, Executive Office for the United States Attorney is seeking to establish a non-personal service contract for Victim Witness Paralegal support services on behalf of the United States Attorneys Office (USAO) for the Western District of Kentucky. These services will be performed in Louisville Kentucky and will be required for a base period of one year with an option for one additional year. The service will be of a paralegal nature and will focus on supporting victim witnesses. The anticipated period of performance is 09/15/05 through 9/14/06, with one (1) option year. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET-ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS and the NAICS code is 541199. Contractor personnel providing support services to the USAO must undergo a background investigation prior to providing services. It is anticipated that this solicitation will be available on or after July 6, 2005 and will be distributed through the General Services Administration?s Federal Business Opportunities web site: www.fedbizopps.gov. The website provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available, except in extreme circumstances and only if issuance in this manner is determined to be in the Government?s best interest.
