- Description
- The U.S. Marshals (USMS)has a requirement for towing, storage, maintenance and disposal of seized and forfeited vehicles in the District of Colorado. The vehicles will include production sized cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc. It is the intent of the USMS to award a commercial item contract with a contract term of a base year with 4 one-year options, for a total of 5 years. This solicitation is set-aside for SMALL BUSINESSES. It is anticipated that solicitation number DJMS-05-Q-0015 will be issued on or about April 14, 2005. The estimated response time will be on or about May 2, 2005. The solicitation will be distributed through the General Services Administration's Electronic Posting System (EPS)web site: http://www.eps.gov. The EPS provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be issued solely through the EPS site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the EPS web site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
