- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Thomas E. Creek Medical Center, Amarillo VA Health Care System, Amarillo, TX has a need to procure PET/CT Scan services for VA beneficiaries. Services shall be performed in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of the solicitation. The resulting contract will be for one (1) base year with four (4) one-year renewable options. NAICS code 621512 applies to this procurement. Size standard is $11.5 mil. All requests for the solicitation package must be in writing and addresed to the Contracting Officer (504/90C), 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West, Amarillo, TX 79106. Requests may also be faxed to (806) 354-7875. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Bid opening date is 07/15/05 at 2:00 PM CST. Only firms who are capable of providing the services within the Amarillo metropolitan area (Randall and Potter Counties) should submit a proposal.
