- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-05-Q-0389 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-04. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 423430 and small business size standard 500 Employees. (v) The contractor shall provide the following items: Deinstall LCD-7 EA, Re-install LCD-7 EA, Materials for Installation, replace unusable cable-1 EA, Install Projectors-3 EA, Install Smartboards-3 EA, Deinstall above projectors and smartboards from old building-3 EA, HP 19? LCD-7 EA, Installation of all HP 19? LCDs?110 electrical supplied by DMAFB-7 EA, Peerless LCC-36 Mount-7 EA or Equal, 100? Plenum VGA Cable-7 EA or Equal, Kramer 1:12 VGA DA-1 EA or Equal. (vii) Delivery and acceptance should be taken prior to 60 days ARO (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price. (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, or complete on ORCA website: http://orca.bpu.gov/ with its offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
