- Description
- The 5th Contracting Squadron (5 CONS), Minot AFB ND, will issue a solicitation on or about 28 Jun 2005 for Construction of Water Rooms A-1, B-1, D-1 and E-1. The work is 40% general, 40% mechanical, and 20% electrical. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, and statement of magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Project Solicitation, specifications, and drawings will be made available on or about 28 Jun 2005. The solicitation is restricted to SBA Certified 8(a) firms and is competitive to 8(a) firms located in North Dakota. Contract teaming is encouraged as prescribed under the SBA rules for Joint Ventures, Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor arrangements and the SBA or DoD Mentor-Protege Procedures. In addition, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR), and have applicable Representations and Certifications entered in the On-Line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) web site.
