- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 335312, Size Standard 1000 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2BBAE5161A200 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04 effective 08 June 2005. The Government intends to award one contract line item number (CLIN 0001) for a 10 KW Induction Generator. Product Specifications: 10 KW Power Supply Cabinet; Full-Bridge Inverter capable of 15-100 KHZ operation, direct water-cooled, 100% duty cycle rated for long heat cycles; controls;cooling system;modular-designed electronics;safety controls;tuning circuitry; IGBT gate circuitry;3-phase DC rectifier and IGBT power chopper;external load matching station;primary power control;heating coil.QUANTITY: 1 UNIT OF MEASURE EA. DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: on or before 01 September 2005. FOB: DESTINATION Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION.
