- Description
- Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, and perform all operations necessary to repair the Commando Hangar, 90816, Phase 2, including demolition, standing seam metal roof, metal wall panels, sheet metal flashing and trim, aluminum windows, metal framing, painting, window blinds, plumbing, mechanical demolition, electrical and fire detection. This acquisition is set aside for competition restricted to HUBZone certified small business concerns. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $500,000. This is a ?straddle bid,? which may be awarded with FY 05 or FY 06 funds. The acceptance period will be 120 days to accommodate potential award in FY 06. The solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet at the following address: http://www.eps.gov. When the solicitation is posted, it can be viewed by going to the EPS web site, EPS for Vendors, USAF Offices, Air Force Special Operations Command-Locations, 16th Contracting Squadron. No hard copies of drawings will be provided.
