- DESC: Capital District Contracting Center intends to procure a Firm-Fixed Price, 100% total small business set-aside, Commercial Item Contract for Walter Reed Army Medical Hospital for 3RD Party Services for a Base Year with 2 one Year Options. The contractor shall execute third party outpatient and inpatient billing, accounting and collections for Walter Reed Medical Center, Ft. Lee and Ft. Eustis. Contractor shall provide key personnel who possess relevant experience, education, excellent perform ance and have thorough knowledge in the Health Insurance claims processing and collection business. All capable small business vendors are encouraged to propose.
