- Work includes but is not limited to replacement and repair of existing roofing systems on various OMA buildings throughout Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. This work will include replacement of roofing systems (asphalt shingles, modified bitumen and EPDM), repair of metal and slate roofs, repair of wood deck and trim, repair or replacement of gutters and downspouts and miscellaneous painting of these items. The Contracting Officer, as needed, will order incidental repair items separately. All buildings wi ll be occupied. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract. The Base Year period is 01 Sep 05 through 31 Aug 06, with four additional options years concluding on 3 1 Aug 2010. This acquisition is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $12 million. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238160. IFB is to be issued on or about 01 Jul 05.
