Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price. The solicitation document and incoporated provisions and clauses are th ose in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 337211 and small business size standard is 500 employees. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for th e following requirement: 1 each, Executive Desk 72 inch x 36 inch x 30 inch height on levelers, wood top, seven drawers with locks steel ball bearing slides, hardwood, warm brown finish; 1 each, Lateral file 37 inch x 20 inch x 31 inch height full slides, two file drawers with loc ks on extension steel ball bearing levelers, hardwood, warm brown finish; 1 each, Hutch 76 inch x 6 inch x 58 inch height, adjustable rail for wires, three canister lights, three shelves, cut-out in back, stained top, hardwood, warm brown finish; 1 each, C omputer Credenza 72 inch x 24 inch x 30 inch height, right facing pedestal tower, includes compartment, two pullout CD/DVD trays and power director, II power encter, center drawer with drop-front for use with a keyboard, one stationery shelf, right facing pedestal has one utility drawer, pullout for printer, hardwood, levelers, warm brown finish; 1 each, Bookcase Base 70 1/2 inch x 19 1/4 inch x 30 inch height, adjustable, three doors with one shelf behind each, finish top, levelers, hardwood, warm brown fi nish; 1 each, Bookcase Deck 74 inch x 21 inch x 57 inch height, wood, three canister lights, three framed adjustable glass shelves, six adjustable wood shelves, hardwood, warm brown finish; 1 each, Rectangle Conference Table, 72 inch x 42 inch x 30 inch he ight (rectangular conference table top, two table end bases), hardwood, warm brown finish; 6 each, Conference Chairs, Must match furniture, should have casters. Evaluation Criteria/Procedures: Offers will b e evaluated based on the following best value criteria in descending order of importance: (1) Meeting the requirement (2) Proposed Delivery Schedule (3) Past Performance, and (4) Price.
