- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD On behalf of the OASA (I&E) for the EITM program and in accordance with FAR subpart 6.3, the Defense Contracting Command-Washington intends to award a contract on a sole source basis to Plexus Scientific Incorporated for Information Technology services. The purpose of the work is to upgrade, change, test, and prove out the Environmental Information Technology Management Programs ASA (I&E) and DENIX Websites. There is NO solicitation document. This notice is not a request for quotes.
