- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. THIS IA A SMALL BUSINESSES SETASIDE and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9133L-05-R-VTC is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will result in a firm fixe d price contract. AWARD WILL BE MADE ON AN ALL OR NONE BASIS. Provisions and clauses incorporated in W9133L-05-R-VTC are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-04. The solicitation includes the following Contract Line Items (CLIN). CLIN 0001 TANBERG 880MXP INCLUDING NPP QUANTITY 1 EA CLIN 0002 POWERED SPEAKER QUANTITY 1 EA WITH REMOTE AND WALL MOUNT KIT. CLIN 0003 STANDALONE TRIPLE ISDN QUANTITY 1 EA TERMINATION DEVICE (3 U-INTERFACE INPUT 3S/T INTERFACE OUTPUT FOR 284kbps VIDEOCONFERENCING) DELIVERY 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF ORDER EVALUATION PROCESS FOR AWARD: All quotes will be evaluated by Low Price Technically acceptable and an award will be made. EVALUATION CRITERIA: Price: submit a firm fixed price quote for the above listed CLINS Offeror shall include with their proposal a completed copy of the provisions for the following FAR and DFAR clauses: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items along with the firm DUNS number. DFAR 252.212-7000 Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-4 Contract terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
