The USPFO for Nebraska is soliciting for non-personal dismantling/demolition services to provide all labor, transportation, materials, equipment and appliances necessary to dismantle/demolish (8) concrete & steel bunkers at Greenlief Training Site, Hastin gs, Nebraska. Services provided include: Dismantling, Demolishing, evacuation of debris/salvage to authorized landfill from government training site and rough grading of location and other incidental items of work required to complete the work indicated. The total performance period is 60 calendar days after receipt of Award. The estimated solicitation issue date is 5 July 2005. All bids are due no later than 5 August 2005, 1400 hours at the designated bid repository site. Bid Repository shall be locat ed at the United States Property & Fiscal Office, 1234 Military Road and Room 116. Contractors are notified that it is their responsibility to allow sufficient time based on time of day and this offices entrance restrictions to provide bid packages by t he designated date and time at the Bid repository site. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. The low bidder will be determined based on price and price-related factors. This project is being solicited Unrestricted as per the Small Business Com petitiveness Demonstration Program, FAR Part 19.1005. Hub-zone small businesses will given a 10% preference as required per FAR Part 19.1307. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238910 and the Size Standard for Small Busine sses is $17 million annual receipts for the past 3 years. The solicitation package will be issued via the web only. All amendments, site visit minutes and questions will be posted on the web. There is no charge for the solicitation, plans and specifica tions, which will be available at the following internet site: http://www.nationalguardcontracting.org/Ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. All contractors and subcontractors interested in this project must register at the site. Prime contractors shall be r egistered in the Central Contractor Registration as: http://www.ccr.com to be eligible for award. There will be a pre-bid conference and site visit tentatively scheduled for 13 July 2005.
