Description

PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT A. A preproposal conference will be held on 21 Jun 2005. The conference will be held at 1255 Main St. Beaumont, Texas 77701, 9:00 a.m. Seating will be limited to no more than three attendees per company. Companies/Agencies must register with SDDC two days prior to the conference date. Contractors shall provide a list of attendees by email to Bryan Stround StroundB@sddc.army.mil no later than 17 Jun 2005. The following information must be provided the attendees name, company affiliation, phone num ber, e-mail address, social security number, and advice if these individuals are U.S. citizens. Email subject line shall state attendance for S&RTS Preproposal Conference. Conference attendees should allow themselves enough time to in process through the visitors center. They should identify themself as a S&RTS Conference Attendee. Prospective offerors are encouraged to attend this conference. Attendees are encouraged to download the solicitation and bring it with them along with any questions they wi sh to have addressed. B. A list of questions and answers presented during the preproposal conference from the audience will be considered and answered, if feasible depending on the nature of the question. Notwithstanding, all questions shall be submitted to the contract specia lists by email so that a written response to all questions will be subsequently provided to all offerors via the Internet. Any such interchange between offerors and the Government will be for clarification only and will not constitute discussions within t he meaning of FAR 15.610, nor obligate the Government to conduct discussions or to solicit or entertain any revisions to an offeror or a best and final offer.
