The Contracting Divisiion, Pine Bluff Arsenal, has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, fuel and transportation required for the North Sanitary Sewer Treatment Plant Remediation Project and the South Sewer Treatm ent Plant Remediation Project.
