- The Government intends to award on a Sole Source basis to Ruag Aerospace Defense Technology, the requirement for (30) 120mm HMX Impregnated Filament Wound KE Combustible Cartridge Cases as well as proof parts and component and process data. Ruag Aerospace Defense Technology has developed an HMX Impregnated Filament Wound Combustible Case using company proprietary information. POC for this action is ckallis@pica.army.mil.
