This item is restricted to RAYTHEON CO., AMDS DIV, 350 LOWELL ST., ANDOVER, MA 01810-4400 (VENDOR CODE 05716) AND SIMMONDS PRECISION PRODUCTS, INC., DBA GOODRICK ACTUATION SYSTEMS, 100 PANTON ROAD, VERGENNES, VT 05491-10103 (VENDOR CODE 12511 ) because manufacture of this part requires special test and or inspection facilities to determine and maintain ultra-precision quality for its function or system integrity. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
