- The proposed acquisition is for a new, three-year, Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for spare parts for the AN/TPN-31 Air Traffic Navigation Integration and Coordination System (ATNAVICS) and AN/FPN-67 Fixed Based Pr ecision Approach Radar (FBPAR). This acquisition will be a sole source negotiation with Raytheon Company, Marlborough, MA because the government does not possess the technical data (drawings or specifications) completely defining the form, fit, function, a nd test requirements of the spares being procured.
