- Construct new 5500 sf concrete block and wood framed chiller building, and roof replacement on three minor building at the Hagerman National Fish Hatchery near Hagerman, ID. Construction cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation will be issued on or about June 29, 2005 with offers due approximately 30 days thereafter; and is available electronicall only through www.fedbizopps.gov. Telephone requests will not be accepted. This is a "best value" negotiated procurement with award to be made based on past performance and experience, in addition to price. This is an unrestricted procurement with full and open competition sought.
