N1790050034. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The actual solicitation will be posted at this site on or about 7/8/2005. No telephone requests for information will be accepted. Please send your requests via email to Judy_Ferris@nps.gov or fax to (518) 664-9830 attn: Contracting Officer. The purpose of this contract is to produce 110 yards of green silk cut and uncut velvet with a striated satin ground copied from an original document in the collection at Vanderbilt Mansion National Historic Site. This reproduction (circa 1890) velvet will be used to replicate the original window treatments for the Living Room in the Vanderbilt Mansion. The new velvet shall replicate the color, pattern, structure, and quality of the original velvet. The NAICS code is 313210.
