Description: It is the intent of the Naval Medical Logistics Command to extend personal service contracts N62645-05-D-5006, N62645-05-D-5007, and N62645-05-D-5008 with Saratoga Medical Center, Inc, DPS, Inc, and MedTemps, Inc. These contracts provide services for 117 dental assistants, 21.5 dental hygienists, and 3 dentists at military facilities at Portsmouth/Norfolk, Beaufort, Fort Eustis, and Camp Lejeune. The contracts will be modified to extend the period of performace to 1 Oct 05 through 30 Apr 06. Current task orders will be issued as logical-follow-ons which will not allow for competition. The intent of the Naval Medical Logistics Command is to issue a solicitation for dental positions for the same areas to begin 1 May 06.
