- Quantity: 5 each (1 First Article Test Unit, 4 Production Units) Sealing Strip Guide, Naval Air Warfare Center Part Number 622270-1L. Technical Data Requirements defined in REI-04-17021, Material Process Requirements (MPR) 10 & 1223 and NAEC-ENG-6518. Higher Level Quality Program required, refer to specifications / drawing and drawing notes. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at source in accordance with REI-04-17021. May require stringent, non-destructive testing and inspection to include material certification and magnetic particle inspection / certification, refer to specifications, drawing and drawing notes. Delivery of First Article Test Unit is 6 months after date of award. Delivery of 4 Production Units due 30 days after First Article Test Acceptance. Pre-award survey and Post award conference are anticipated. Export Controlled Data included, a certified DD2345 must accompany (FAXED) request for RFQ package. Request RFQ package in writing (FAXED) by 30 June 2005. Quotes due 15 July 2005. See Numbered Notes 1 and 8.
