- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Vicor VME power supply, VICOR Model MP5-77555 (Quantity - 15 each). This requirement is a manufacturer sole source to Vicor for direct replacement parts of exact form, fit, and functionally identical to the original equipment manufacturer power supply in order to avoid re-qualification costs and increased logistics costs. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
