- The forum will be held 13-14 July 2005 for one and one-half days in length and will include the full spectrum of owners and DB providers, as well as key NAVFAC representatives in the DB program and acquisition functions. The goal of the forum is to identify where NAVFAC, as a partner, can develop efficiencies that will increase competition and streamline / improve RFP development and Post-Award Design and Construction processes. Attendance is geared to Principals, Project Managers, and professionals working on Design-Build projects (i.e. designers and construction managers). We welcome an open exchange, and are interested in having you participate and share your views. Attendance will be limited, so we are requesting that no more than two participants register from firms attending. Attendance will be by registration in advance, by COB July 1.
