- 17. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Division Contracting Department Washington Office, intends to award a firm fixed price, Sole Source contract for the Naval District Washington, Washington DC 20374, for service and maintenance on Truck Radios for the NDW Region. It is intended to acquire Superior Communication, Incorporated for systems maintenance and services as needed for the Regional VHF Trunk Radio Communication Systems. The contract will provide services for a base year period of one-year, one six-month and 2 three-month options. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this requirement is D399. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5065, The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811211. This is a 100% Small business Set-Aside. The Solicitation number N00600-05-R-0762 will be available no later than 20 June 2005 and can be downloaded from the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website (http://www.neco.navy.mil). All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Register prior to award. CCR web site can be located at http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil. This requirement will be procured using FAR 13.5, Test Program for certain commercial items.
