- This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordnce with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is only an announcement; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration. This is a 100% small business set-aside. NAICS Code 238220 applies to this acquisition. This is a service contract to provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to maintain and repair the Chilled Water Air Conditioning System located at Bldg. 1330, MCB, Camp Pendleton, Ca. for a period of one year with the option to extend four additional one year periods.
