- SOLICITATION CLOSES DATE IS MONDAY 20 JUNE 2005 AT 3:30 PM. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL. ALL REQUESTS SHALL BE FAXED ON COMPANY LETTERHEAD WITH ADDRESS, POINT OF CONTACT, TELEPHONE NUMBER AND FAX NUMBER. The U S Naval Academy has a requirement for the following Voyage Management System (VMS) Classroom configuration hardware and services to provide navigation scenarios to the desk of each student simultaneously from instructors. This shall allow students to independently interact with their instructor. Contractor shall connect a series of National Marine Electronics Association (NMEA) splitter boxes and cables. Clin 0001 ? VMS Classroom Software. 10 Each. Clin 0002 ? NMEA Splitter Boxes and cable. 10 Each. Clin 0003 ? Installation (number of day times hourly rate), Travel and Per Diem for the Annapolis Area. 1 Lot. Clin 0004 ? Training (number of days times hourly rate). 1 Lot. Clin 0004 ? Shipping. 1 Lot. NO SUBSTITUTES SHALL BE CONSIDERED MUST BE VMS CLASSROOM SOFTWARE AND THEIR SPLITTER BOXES AND CABLE.
