- AMOUNT: The United States Government seeks to lease office and related space (space must be contiguous, street level is required) consisting of approximately 2,892 rentable sq. ft. Rentable square feet must yield 2,515 BOMA usable square feet, available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The space offered shall include approximately 1,215 BOMA usable square feet of office space and 1,300 BOMA usable square feet of storage/ garage type space. The storage/garage shall include a roll-up door that is fourteen (14) feet tall; the interior space shall have a clear height of not less than fourteen (14) feet and shall be column free. Eight (8) parking spaces for employees and visitors shall be available within one block at no additional cost to the Government. A ware yard (paved and well lighted) of 2,500 BOMA usable square feet shall be required to accommodate 5 Government vehicles and equipment. Ware yard shall adjoin building on one side and shall be enclosed by a 6 foot fence on the three remaining sides. LOCATION: Delineated area is the City Limits of Williamsburg REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. TERM: The proposed lease shall be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm with the Government having a 60 day cancellation right after year five. Occupancy is required September 1, 2006.
