- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE FT. MYERS, FLORIDA REQUIREMENT: United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 5,946 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 5,170 usable square feet, available for use by the Federal Public Defender (FPD) for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. LOCATION:Space must be located within the central business district of Ft. Myers, Florida. REQUIRED:All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation privileges after the first five (5) years with 60 days written notice. OWNERS & AGENTS:To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by June 24, 2005. Owners and Exclusive Agents only.
